The season of autumn is filled with inspiring moments and activities. It’s like nature is inviting you to find the best part of yourself and do something awesome. To help get you inspired, we’ve come up a list of challenges to help you get the most out of this spectacularly stunning season. Do a few or do them all – it’s up to you.

  1. Try five different pumpkin (or fall) themed flavored drinks.
  2. Collect a journal of fall colored leaves.
  3. Start a gratitude journal and log entries for at least a month.
  4. Complete a fall craft or project.
  5. Burn an autumn scented candle.
  6. Donate canned food.
  7. Go for an autumn hike.
  8. Take a picture a day of the same scene for 21 days. At the end of the period, notice the transitions in nature.
  9. Write a poem about fall.
  10. Make something homemade.
  11. Write and mail handwritten thank you letters to friends and family.
  12. Decorate your home for the season.
